To use this Invitation, it is necessary to generate a document package in accordance with the Appendices (you can download attached files below).

The document package shall include calculations with a justification for the quotation price with a detailed breakdown of costs and resources consumption as per the responsibility assignment matrix. A tender bid without these calculations shall not be valid and shall not be allowed to participate in the tender.

When using subcontractors, they must be included in the document package indicating the need to involve them, the list of works (list of works/services provided by the winning bidder itself and the list of works/services provided by the subcontractor(s)), and Forms No. 2 (Questionnaire of the applicant for participation in the tender) and No. 4 (Basic data about the applicant for participation in the tender) with documents attached confirming the details provided in the Forms.

The tender bid shall be sent by registered letter or by courier in a sealed envelope marked "for tender (to the tendering authority contact person)" to the tendering authority address.

This Invitation shall under no circumstances be treated as a public tender offer. In this context, the tendering authority and the customer shall bear no responsibility for the refusal to enter into a contract with persons approached with proposals regarding the tender subject.
