Continuous improvement system as one of the priority directions of Neftisa Group

     JSC NK Neftisa, a member of SAFMAR industrial and financial group of Mikhail Gutseriev, has been successfully implementing optimization projects, within which a variety of measures is developed and implemented to improve production efficiency, to reduce costs and, as a result, to decrease production prime cost.

     Stimulating the rationalization activity of employees of the group of companies JSC NK Neftisa annually holds Optimizer of the Year Contest for the promotion of new ideas and innovative approaches to solving production problems of any complexity. For the three years, more than two hundred ideas on production optimization, cost reduction and improvement of working conditions have been initiated by employees of production sites and their administrative units.

     This year one of the winners of the Contest "the Optimizer of the year" is Roman Solovyov, Head of Drilling and Workover Unit of JSC Uralnefteservis. He proved himself to be a competent, well-informed specialist with an active life position, eager to make a significant contribution to the development of the Company and its subsidiary.

     At the initiative of the managing company Roman Solovyov has been nominated to New Idea All-Russian Competition held under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in the category "Best scientific and technical development projects of enterprises and organizations of the fuel and energy complex among young people 2018".

     Roman Solovyov presented his project "Introduction of the concept of technical limit in drilling". Having received a positive assessment of the expert group of the jury he successfully passed two qualification stages out of 2000 (stage 1) and 180 (stage 2) nominees and took part in the final stage of the competition, the results of which will be announced in February 2019.

     An important part of the corporate human resources policy of JSC NK Neftisa is to help staff to improve their professional skills, knowledge, skills of effective and safe work. Without waiting for the results of the competition, the company's management awarded Roman with a diploma for his diligence and active participation in improving technological processes.
    The success of the company depends on the work of the team and each employee!
