Education:

Graduated from the Moscow Higher Militia School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in 1993 majoring in Jurisprudence, qualified as a lawyer.

Graduated from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in 2005 specializing in State and Municipal Management, qualified as a manager.

Professional Experience:

From 1985 to 2010, he served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

From 2010 to 2011, he worked in the security service of OOO EvrazHolding.

From 2011 to the present day, he has worked in AO NK Neftisa as Deputy Director General for Security.

Awards and Titles:

During his service in the internal affairs agencies, Kushnir was awarded a number of state awards.
