Education:

He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management in 1999, then graduated from the Tomsk Polytechnic University in 2001 as a mining engineer specializing in the Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields.

Professional Experience:

From 2001 to 2009, he worked as an operator for oil and gas production, technologist, shift supervisor, Deputy Head of the Central Technological Service, and Head of the Oil and Gas Industry at OAO Slavneft-Megionneftegaz.

In 2009, he worked as head of the Oil Production and Processing Department at OAO Belkamneft.

2010–2012, he worked as a specialist in the Department for Increasing the Productivity of Wells at OAO NK RussNeft.

In 2012–2013, he was appointed head of the Neftechala Operating Company Ltd branch in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In late 2013, he joined OAO NK Neftisa where he was appointed head of the Department of Downhole Technologies and Enhanced Oil Recovery.

He has been Deputy Director General for Production at AO NK Neftisa since 2015.

Awards and Titles:

In 2008, Anokhin was awarded Acknowledgement of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

In 2016, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
